THE SHIPPING POLICY

- We know that you're excited to receive your order, and we want to get it to you as quickly as possible. That's why we ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them.
- We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us
THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 5 days from delivery date
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- All returned items are inspected before an Exchange/Store Credit/Refund can be processed so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition; to include being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES
- In the unlikely event that your order is lost/damaged please contact us immediately at tappednstreetwear@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
- We take great care to ensure that all orders are shipped with the highest quality packaging materials. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping due to circumstances beyond our control.
